Who We Are, the Co-Founders Story

Greg CronkhiteGreg Cronkhite
Greg resides in Spearfish, SD, he is the father of two and is married to Jane for over 38 years. He is the former founder and CEO of Sterling Technologies Inc (manufacturing company) and Good Ideas LLC (product development company including the founder of the brand Dakota 283, a dog kennel brand).  Greg purchased and developed a farm/ranch in 2011 in Draper, SD where he implemented conservation practices on 2500 acres of ground, winning the regional Pheasants Forever Habitat award in 2019. He is currently involved in commercial real estate development nationally after exiting Sterling Technologies/Good Ideas in 2021.

NateNate Keck
Nate and his wife, Monique, along with their two young boys live in Spearfish, SD. Nate is an avid outdoors man and competitive mountain biker. He works in product development for a global manufacturing company. Nate has served as the President or Vice President of the Black Hills Chapter of Pheasants Forever for several years. He received the South Dakota Pheasants Forever Chapter Volunteer award of the year in 2023 and in 2021 the Black Hills Chapter was recognized as the South Dakota Chapter of the year. Nate is passionate about quality habitat not only because it helps wildlife flourish but also because of the positive impact it has on our environment.
